1. Who we are
Drawing to Clay is sold by Kitchen Table Makers, a UK sole trader business. Our legal name and address are on our Contact page. Email: hello@kitchentablemakers.com. By buying the course you agree to these terms.
2. What you're buying
Drawing to Clay is an online video course with 5 modules, plus 3 bonus lessons. It's digital: nothing physical is posted to you, and clay, paint and tools are not included.
We may improve or update lessons over time. We won't remove what you paid for without following section 5.
3. Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal licence to watch the course for your own use. Please don't share your login, or copy, resell or publish the videos or guides.
The figures you make are entirely yours, to keep, give away or sell.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page at the time you buy, in US dollars. It's a one-time payment with no subscription and no further charges. The launch price applies to the first 100 students; after that the price goes up for new buyers. A price change never affects what you've already paid.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
5. Access
This is a pre-order. The course opens on Friday 29 January 2027, and we'll email your login that day.
"Lifetime access" means you can watch the course for as long as we run it. If we ever stop running it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can finish the lessons.
6. Refunds and cancellation
30-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn't right for you, email hello@kitchentablemakers.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.
Pre-orders. If you buy before the course opens, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it opens, and then for 30 days afterwards.
Your legal rights. UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. That right ends once you start watching, but our 30-day guarantee still applies, so you're always covered for at least 30 days.
7. Safety
- Use air-dry clay, paints and sealants labelled non-toxic, and follow the instructions on each product.
- Supervise children at all times when they help.
- Finished figures are decorative keepsakes, not toys. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so keep figures and loose pieces away from children under 3.
- Use varnish and sealants in a well-ventilated room.
8. Results
Everyone's figure turns out a little different, and that's part of the charm. We can't promise yours will look exactly like the examples. Some photos on our sales page are illustrations of the project.
9. Our content
The videos, guides, text and images in the course belong to us or are used with permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
